Fashion Calendar of the New Season: From Dubai to Paris

The new fashion season begins with Dubai Fashion Week, which will take place from February 1 to 6, 2025, in the heart of the Dubai Design District (d3). Organized by the Dubai Design District and Arab Fashion Council, this event sets the stage for the Autumn-Winter 2025/26 collections and places a spotlight on sustainability and technological innovation in the fashion industry. One of the most anticipated highlights is the runway show by Paolo Sebastian, the acclaimed couture brand known for its exquisite and ethereal designs. Another significant event during the week will be Fashion Futures Dubai, co-hosted with Vogue Business on February 6, which will focus on the future of fashion, retail, and investment. This week positions Dubai not only as a regional hub but also as a key player in the global fashion landscape.

Following Dubai, New York Fashion Week is scheduled to run from February 6 to 11, 2025, marking the start of the season for Western markets. Known for its dynamic blend of commercial appeal and creative innovation, this week will see the debut of Veronica Leoni as the Creative Director of Calvin Klein Collection. Alongside her, brands such as Proenza Schouler, Michael Kors, and Carolina Herrera will unveil their new collections, continuing New York’s reputation for showcasing bold, forward-thinking designs.

The season will then move to London Fashion Week, which will take place from February 14 to 18, 2025. London, a city renowned for its support of emerging talent, will host major shows, including Burberry and spotlight rising designers from institutions such as Central Saint Martins. The week promises a mix of experimental creativity and traditional British elegance.

From February 18 to 24, 2025, Milan Fashion Week will present its unique take on luxury, with the spotlight on major houses such as Gucci, Prada, Fendi, and Versace. Milan’s commitment to craftsmanship and opulence remains unmatched, as its shows set a standard for sophistication and technical precision in the industry.

The fashion season will conclude with Paris Fashion Week, running from February 23 to March 1, 2025. As the pinnacle of the fashion calendar, Paris will host iconic brands such as Chanel, Dior, and Balenciaga. Known for its timeless elegance and ability to set global trends, Paris remains the ultimate destination for high fashion and creativity.
